NancySHUTTLEWORTHand family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their support during Johnny's illness and for the many cards, flowers and expressions of sympathy following their sad loss. Thanks also for the kind care and support shown by the Macmillan Nurses, by doctors and staff at George Street Surgery and the Alexandra Unit. To the Rev. Bob Milne for his lovely service at Dalton Parish Church and to all those who attended. Thanks also to Tracey and staff of William Jardine for their kindness and professional service. Finally a special thanks to the district nurses who supported the family and provided invaluable and sensitive care for Johnny during the latter part of his illness and to all those who made generous donations towards their cause.
